@y tho Yep! Its basically a mild hypospadias, thats all! Very early in fetal development males and females are identical! The a thing called the hormone wash (or hormone flush) occurs based on your XX or XY chromosomes. XX get a estrogen flush, XY gets testosterone! After that XX the gonads migrate up and become the ovaries and Fallopian tubes. The XY gonads, migrate down and become Testicles and the Vas deferens. Most importantly though, for this boys and girls, BOTH look like girls. After the hormone wash, the cleft that all women have (their front crack) to use crude terms, HEALS UP in boys! In fact, if you look at the midline of your scrotum youll SEE the SCAR! In a hypospadias, the cleft does not fully heal, and quite often the urethra (your pee hole) is at the base of the penis.
