He probably didnt survive anyway, but moving the truck could have killed him - it appears he was dragged a bit, so its quite possible the truck tires were blocking the blood flow. Moving it would have allowed him to bleed out. I heard him gurgling a bit there, so punctured lung is a good possibility, multiple fractures, and what appeared to be bile coming out of his mouth. He had extensive internal injuries and any movement may have killed him. They were likely waiting for the emergency crew to get there to lift the truck up in an attempt to save his life. Nothing those standing around could do for him.
