Ihop can be gross at times. I did have a bad experience with them, down in LA (Los Angeles California) a while ago. The pancakes there... tasted like... ahem... SOAP. Soapy pancakes. Sausages... also soapy. Ironically I've dealt with this same problem from Bob Evans here recently, where the sausages taste like soap. That is beyond disgusting. If Ihop could get their stuff together regarding their employees, I think Ihop would be my favorite regarding pancakes. The one here could be much different from the one I experienced in LA, so I have to eventually give them a try. Right now Bob Evans is in the lead. McDonalds, (**if the pancakes are fresh and not watered down, moldy, or over cooked) would be 2nd in my list. The pancakes at McDonalds can be really, really good. And yes, to my surprise and for those who don't know, Arby's does sell breakfast. Arby's near me pissed me off though, so those lames won't see a dime from my pocket or credit card any time soon.
