Why does my armpit smell like semen?...So I just finished a light cardio workout and my armpits smell straight up like semen (or bleach). It's not the acrid sulphury sweat smell you often find. It smells "alkaline" and it doesn't sting my nose when I sniff it, but it smells just like semen and maybe a little like the swimming pool.
