Not cannibalism, I would think that this was probably filmed in Mongolia. In Mongolia, due to the permafrost and limited woods, the Mongolians perform a "sky burial ritual," youtube it. Permafrost limits how deep you can dig and the lack of wood would limit cremation. In this ritual, bodies are prepped like this, then fed to vultures. The individual cutting this body is nearly making the deceased easier for the vultures to consume...

@Mack10 Its tibet that does the sky burial. There arent any traditions in Mongolia that does that. If it is done then its done by the deceased persons own wish but that is extremely rare. And only a few buddist monks will want it done but in modern time its not likely.
