The guy in the white claimed to be using some kind of Jedi force to protect himself, he challenged the other guy to try and hurt him. Which he did to great effect, proving that "Using the Force" doesn't work.

its a balancing training like sparing but on the knees. the general idea is to not have the whole body weight and speed fall out as extra force in the punch... but still its stupid with out proper protection. or proper knowledge. as u can see the guy hitting obviously bend the rules here! it also learn u discipline in harsh situation!
