I have seen many people with fake eyeballs that pop out and its just a giant hole in there - the creepiest thing ever !! But here I wonder if they where out there by the doctors to eat away the dead tissue which is very common - so theres no guess work from wounds or infections as to what needs to be cut out to stop an infection or could be left - obviously any small mistake will cause it to get worse or spread so maggots are often used in cases like this where they dont want to or cannot amputate the area - it looks like he has a sore on his head which may have gotten infected and spread to the face and eye area - some do this willingly to avoid amputation in legs and feet but I dont know - I may be living with a prosthetic before I willingly allow maggots to be put inside a wound to save my legs or foot...theyd have to seriously knock me the fuck out and make sure all evidence is gone and NO ONE ever mentions it again for the rest of my life for me to handle it. Lol nah. Prosthetic. What do yall think? Maggots cleanse or a fake leg?????
