@PNWcuck there is basically no resistance going thru the shaft, no pain either. Be sure to only go thru the middle, the nerves are located along the top of the shaft. Make sure you go all the way thru too...otherwise a huge swelling will results. There is no bleeding afterwards

@nitin11wagh There is always pain but I have been doing this so long I am use to it. If you only torture the head you will have no problem getting erections again. I would not recommend doing the shaft until you are really experienced
