Believe me we all wish them to be shot by cops..
In fact many of them end up being killed as all they do is violating the law in all ways they can. 95% of those Chechen and and Dagestan (and others from this part of country) are savages, no respect to others, they follow the rules of their own, some of them doesn't even try learning Russian language.. We consider them as something alien, a threat, and try never to deal with them
